South Lake Pop Warner Eagles Refund Policy

From registration until August 1st, If a player (or cheerleader) has paid their registration fee, and then determines they will be unable to participate, a full refund will be issued. No full refunds will be issued after practices have started, which this year, is August 1st. If a player (or cheerleader) quits during the first two weeks of conditioning, they are entitled to a partial refund. They will be refunded 50% of the registration fee as soon as they have turned in all equipment/uniforms issued to them by Pop Warner. The dates for partial refund this year are: August 1st – August 15th. After August 15th, no refunds.

All Forms are Read-Only, should be printed and a hard copy completed.
Football Players MUST be present during Registrations
